О бренде

Компания Timberland зародилась в Бостоне. Её основатель, Натан Шварц, будучи учеником сшивальщика обуви, научился обработке кожанных ботинок, и в 1952 году решился купить половину доли в обувной компании Аbington. Спустя 3 года он купил и другую половину, а через 10 лет компания вошла в число ведущих производителей обуви. Семье Шварц принадлеждит заслуга создания одних из первых водонепроницаемых ботинок, изготовленных посредством приваривания подошвы к коже. Собственно ТМ Timberland родилась в 1973 году. Сейчас под этой маркой выпускается не только высококачественная обувь, но и одежда, часы, рюкзаки и другие аксессуары.
